We specialize in kitchens and bathrooms, and are experts in preserving historical architecture, as well as working in contemporary styles.

Who we are

The Blue Lotus Project team includes:

• Marcy Voyevod, NCIDQ, partner, interior designer and director of operations.
• Tim Englert partner, licensed general contractor and master carpenter responsible for the majority of the complex craftsmanship in the field.
• Jim Tyler, licensed contractor and veteran builder on both commercial and residential projects. Jim works with Tim in the field and also does the estimating and project management.
• Mike Kisel, office manager.
• Trusted Subcontractors, assigned to other building specialties as needed. These are companies and individuals that Tim and Marcy have known and worked with for many years. Their high quality work and good business practices make them valuable assets for Blue Lotus Project.
